Artificial Intelligence For Performance Improvment in MoroccanPublic Administrations

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is emerging as a strategic tool for the modernization of public administrations. This article examines the contribution of artificial intelligence to the optimization of public sector performance. Through a review of the literature, it highlights the potential of artificial intelligence in the automation of administrative processes, predictive analytics, and resource optimization. At the same time, the study highlights the challenges faced by Moroccan public administrations, particularly regarding access to quality data, the development of digital skills, and ethical considerations. Finally, the article offers avenues for reflection to guide the conditions for the effective and responsible integration of AI into the public administration environment
