Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Review of Advanced Research on Quantitative Economics, Applied Finance and Business must comply with the journal’s focus, scope, and author guidelines. Submissions should demonstrate scientific merit or novelty relevant to the journal’s areas of interest. The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not align with the journal’s theme or fail to meet the Guidance for Authors. All manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. Authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection tools to check their work. Editors verify the originality of submissions using iThenticate.

Research articles undergo a double-blind peer review, ensuring rigorous and unbiased evaluation. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent experts, who provide constructive scientific feedback to improve the manuscript.

Final decisions on acceptance are made by the Editor on behalf of the Editorial Board, based on reviewers’ recommendations. Publication sequence considers the acceptance date, authors’ geographical distribution, and thematic issues.

Review Outcomes: Feedback from peer reviewers informs the Editor’s final decision. The review process typically takes 4 to 12 weeks. Decision categories include:

  • Reject: Manuscripts are not accepted and cannot be resubmitted.

  • Resubmit for Review: Requires significant revisions and a second review round.

  • Accept with Revisions: Manuscripts may be published after minor or major revisions, reviewed by an editor.

  • Accept: Manuscripts are published without further changes.

After review, all feedback is sent to the corresponding author, who has 1–2 weeks to finalize the article. Failure to return the manuscript within this period (without notifying the editorial office) will result in rejection.
