Impact des politiques publiques de l’emploi sur la réduction de la pauvreté au Maroc : analyse des programmes d’emploi et de promotion de l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes
Résumé
The issue of employment is a key challenge for economic and social development in Morocco, with high unemployment, particularly among young people, and persistent poverty. In this context, public employment policies are crucial for supporting labour market integration, improving employability and reducing socio-economic vulnerabilities.
The aim of this research is to examine the impact of public employment policies on increasing employment and reducing poverty in Morocco. To achieve this objective, a mixed-methods approach was employed. This includes an exploratory qualitative study conducted with institutional stakeholders, such as the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC), and a confirmatory analysis based on a conceptual model linking active and passive employment policies to employment promotion and poverty reduction.
Keywords: Public policy; employment; poverty; Morocco.
